The Villa is located in a family condominium where the sun, views of nature and tranquility reigns.

On the ground floor we have the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, DOLCE GUSTO coffee and it is facing east. We have 1 common bathroom and the large living room has smart TV, WIFI, AC and has access to the south facing terrace, which overlooks the garden, pool and sea. This terrace has sun loungers and a dining table.

On the first floor we have 2 bedrooms. The double bedroom has TV, AC, private bathroom and terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and has TV, AC and terrace.

The pool is for adults and a small part for children. It overlooks the sea and is common to the condominium.

House F requires a security deposit upon arrival and pets are not allowed.
The condo also has some rules, such as: barbecues and noise outside of hours are not allowed.

The beach is 300 meters away on foot and restaurants in the area are just a few minutes away.

São Rafael is very safe, free from traffic and the hustle of the city, parking is easy.
